About Thriving Baby Therapies
A lifetime of walking alongside families.
Thriving Baby Therapies grew from a simple conviction: mothers and families deserve to feel supported, confident, and connected.

Where it began
A lifelong commitment to serving families.
At 11 years old, I became a mother’s helper. I could not have known then that this first experience of caring for children would shape the direction of my life. Through grade school, high school, and college, I continued working with children and eventually managed nursery programs at local health clubs while earning my degree.
Then I became a mother myself. I raised three children, welcomed each of them at home, and homeschooled for more than twenty years. Through each season of motherhood and every family I have had the privilege of serving, I continued to learn the importance of understanding, encouragement, connection, and practical support.
Today, although the services I offer are varied, the heart behind them remains the same. I believe mothers, children, and families deserve to feel supported, confident, and connected as they navigate each season of life. Whether I am supporting a woman as she prepares for her new baby and breastfeeding, providing gentle craniosacral and fascia release therapy for a baby, helping a parent find a more peaceful approach to a parenting challenge, or helping a student rediscover confidence in reading and spelling, my greatest joy is walking alongside families and helping them find a path forward in confidence and connection.
While each service is unique, they are all rooted in the same purpose: helping mothers and families feel supported, confident, and connected as they navigate their own journey.
