A personal reason

Struggle should never get to write the story.

My work in reading and spelling grew from watching my own son struggle with dyslexia. I became an Advanced Certified Reading and Spelling Specialist because I wanted him, and other bright learners, to know that difficulty does not define what they are capable of.

It is an honor to be a partner and witness as students reconnect to their self-esteem and regain confidence that may have been lost along the way.

01

See the whole learner

Begin with the learner’s experience, strengths, and the places where frustration has been building.

02

Create room to practice

Use patient, responsive support that makes it easier to keep trying and notice progress.

03

Rebuild confidence

Help reading and spelling feel less like a measure of worth and more like skills that can grow.

Support that stays human

There is more than one way to learn.

A conversation can help determine whether this kind of support is a good fit for your family or for you.
